It's possible to trade profitably on the Forex, the nearly $2 trillion worldwide currency exchange market. But the odds are against you, even more so if you don't prepare and plan your trades. According to a 2014 Bloomberg report, several analyses of retail Forex trading, including one by the National Futures Association (NFA), the industry's regulatory body, concluded that more than two out of three Forex traders lose money. This suggests that self-education and caution are recommended. Here are some approaches that may improve your odds of taking a profit. Prepare Before You Begin Trading Because the Forex market is highly leveraged -- as much as 50 to 1 -- it can have the same appeal as buying a lottery ticket: some small chance of making a killing. This, however, isn't trading; it's gambling, with the odds long against you. A better way of entering the Forex market is to carefully prepare. Beginning with a practice account is helpful and risk-free. While you're trading in your practice account, read the most frequently recommended Forex trading books, among them Currency Forecasting: A Guide to Fundamental and Technical Models of Exchange Rate Determination, by Michael R. Rosenberg is short, not too sweet and highly admired introduction to the Forex market. Forex Strategies: Best Forex Strategies for High Profits and Reduced Risk, by Matthew Maybury is an excellent introduction to Forex trading. The Little Book of Currency Trading: How to Make Big Profits in the World of Forex, by Kathy Lien is another concise introduction that has stood the test of time. All three are available on Amazon. Rosenberg's book, unfortunately, is pricey, but it's widely available in public libraries. "Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline and a Winning Attitude," by Mark Douglas is another good book that's available on Amazon, and, again, somewhat pricey, although the Kindle edition is not. Use the information gained from your reading to plan your trades before plunging in. The more you change your plan, the more you end up in trouble and the less likely that elusive forex profit will end up in your pocket. Diversify and Limit Your Risks Two strategies that belong in every trader's arsenal are: Diversification: Traders who execute many small traders, particularly in different markets where the correlation between markets is low, have a better chance of making a profit. Putting all your money in one big trade is always a bad idea. Familiarize yourself with ways guaranteeing a profit on an already profitable order, such as a trailing stop, and of limiting losses using stop and limit orders. These strategies and more are covered in the recommended books. Novice traders often make the mistake of concentrating on how to win; it's even more important to understand how to limit your losses. Be Patient Forex traders, particularly beginners, are prone to getting nervous if a trade does not go their way immediately, or if the trade goes into a little profit they get itchy to pull the plug and walk away with a small profit that could have been a significant profit with little downside risk using appropriate risk reduction strategies. In "On Any Given Sunday," Al Pacino reminds us that "football is a game of inches." That's a winning attitude in the Forex market as well. Remember that you are going to win some trades and lose others. Take satisfaction in the accumulation of a few more wins than losses. Over time, that could make you rich!

Mountains of cheese are stuffed between buttery, garlicy slider buns making these Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders a heavenly, ooeey, gooey treat!
Hey you guys!!! I’m back! We had an amazing vacation to Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas for the last week. I can’t wait to share some of the awesome stuff we were able to do in an upcoming post!

Now since I FINALLY was able to get back in the kitchen, I couldn’t help but make one of my favorites. Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders. I know what you’re thinking…sliders and no meat?!?! This girl must be crazy. Not today my friends, not today. These are epicly delicious, I kid you not!
If you’re a fan of cheese and garlic bread, then you will be a fan of these bad boys. Seriously ooeey, ,gooey cheesiness is what these sliders are all about! Slider buns are lathered in a butter, garlic and Italian seasoning spread, topped with layers of sliced mozzarella cheese then all drenched in more buttery, garlicy, cheesy goodness.
Can I tell you something even more exciting? These are super quick and easy! Like one of the easiest slider that you ever did see! And I’ve seen a bunch, but none like this. Probably why this is one of my faves! I’m a garlic bread fanatic, so why not combine garlic bread and another one of my faves..cheese and make it one big happy “sandwich”?
These would be great along side pasta, soup or just alone. I mean come on now, its carbs doing what carbs do best! BUT IT MAKES ME HAPPY! Oh wow, can’t you tell my enthusiasm over here?
But seriously you guys….seriously. That cheese though! Who doesn’t love cheese? I know my husband considers it something that sustains his life, so I’m pretty much stocked up at all times on every type of cheese, just in case we have a hankering for something delicious, like these!

CHEESY STUFFED GARLIC BREAD SLIDERS
Yields 12
Delicious slider buns slathered in garlicy butter, topped with mozzarella cheese, drenched in cheesy butter and baked

Prep Time 10 min
Cook Time 20 min
Total Time 30 min

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg slider buns, like Kings Hawaiian
  • 1 (10 ct.) pkg sliced mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
TOPPING
  • 4 Tbs butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic salt (optional)*
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Slice slider buns in half lenghwise.
  3. In bowl mix together your butter, garlic, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread butter mixture on both cut sides of buns.
  5. Layer bottom of sliders with cheese and top with upper layer.
  6. In another small bowl mix together your topping mixture and pour over tops of buns, spread over tops with a spatula.
  7. Cover with tin foil and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool a bit, cut and serve.
NOTES
*May substitute garlic powder if you aren't a salt fan. Or omit completely.
